NORTHBROOK, Illinois – June 4, 2024 – Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (Bell) welcomes new additions to the company’s U.S. Regulatory Affairs and Flavor Sales teams at its global headquarter in Northbrook, IL, marking a key moment in the company’s journey towards innovation and growth.

Lynette Owino joins Bell Flavors & Fragrances as the Director of Regulatory Affairs – Flavors at Bell’s headquarter in Northbrook, IL.
In her new role, Lynette will manage the U.S. Flavor Regulatory Team, focusing on a variety of flavor programs and certifications to ensure that Bell’s flavors meet an array of regulatory needs and standards, such as Kosher, Halal, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
Lynette earned her Bachelor of Science degree in food science and technology and a Master of Jurisprudence degree with a focus on global food laws from Egerton University – Kenya and Michigan State University. Lynette is active in the Flavor Extract Manufacturer Association’s task forces and committees, including the Alcohol Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau.
Javin Ramos joins Bell Flavors & Fragrances as the West Coast National Account Manager based in California.
In his new role, Javin is responsible for managing Bell’s existing California-based customer accounts while expanding partnerships along the West Coast.
Javin brings extensive experience in cultivating and fostering strong client relationships, drawing on nearly 15 years of experience in the flavor industry.
Javin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Technology from Cal Poly and has a master’s in business administration, global business from Pepperdine University.
