The goal of our quality systems is to consistently deliver safe flavors and fragrances of the highest quality while partnering with our customer service, purchasing, production, and distribution colleagues to ensure timely service.
Bell works collaboratively with our customers regarding their quality needs. When Bell and a customer partner to create a flavor or fragrance solution, the quality group collaborates with R&D and the customer for the development of mutually agreeable specifications and a testing profile.
Once specifications are set, Quality holds itself accountable for the approval of only products that meet these requirements. We are able to accomplish this through a rigorous adherence to proper lab standards and techniques, effective technical training of personnel, and the core beliefs that we work safely, that we see every task as an opportunity to show what our best work looks like, and we consistently apply ourselves to the work we do.
We look at the interface of our Quality group and the customer as a partnership; one that relies on trust and communication. We are confident in our testing methods and results and encourage our customers to share their results in order to drive trust and grow the relationship.
