We are excited to add your content to the website. Here is a guide to the overall process and what you will need to submit your request:

Define Content Type (new or Update)
Description of page addition/update
Delivery Date (please allow at least 2 weeks for completion)
Attach content write up and sketch/layout of page
Additional links for larger file sizes

Approval/Publishing Process

Once your content request has been submitted we will get to work on it right away.

Upon review and approval of your request we will make the updates or new build on a dev/staging site for your review.
We will send you a link to review for approval or to request further changes.
Once you approve we send to Marketing, Legal and leadership for final review.
Upon approval, the page gets published to the live environment.

For new page requests you must submit a word document with all the text/copy you want on the page (in English + regional language if applicable). In addition you must also submit a sketch/wireframe of how you want the page laid out. For page edits/updates you must provide a word document with existing content of what is CURRENTLY on the page, and then a new version with all the content on the page that includes your new content.
