When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Bell Flavors & Fragrances has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. Bell Flavors & Fragrances will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.

Verification process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. Bell recognizes your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you might share with Bell Flavors & Fragrances. When you visit Bell’s websites, Bell usually does not collect any of your personal information. For statistical purposes, Bell only records information about your internet service provider, the website which directed you to Bell’s website, Bell’s webpages you visit, and the duration and date of your visit. As an internet user, you remain anonymous. Bell collects this information only for purposes of data security and optimization of its websites. If Bell requires information that enables to identify you (personal information) or contact you, you will always be asked specifically for permission. This information is required in order to enable Bell to carry out specific requested transactions, e.g. a subscription to Bell’s newsletter.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
