Global Flavors and Fragrances Company Joins Plant-Forward Sponsors at Upcoming Event

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (Bell) will be heading to the Plant-Based Food Association’s Plant-Based World Expo – North America held in person in New York, NY from September 8-9, 2022. Plant-Based World Expo is the only exclusively plant-based event held in the United States, connecting investors, distributors, manufacturers and foodservice and retail professionals from leading and innovative brands, with this year marking the third event since inception. At the Expo, attendees will have the opportunity to network with trade-focused professionals, discover unique plant-based products and learn from prominent industry leaders via educational sessions.

Bell will be joining a collection of sponsors in the Expo Hall to debut a plant-forward booth (#602), complete with a plant-based menu, educational resources and a team of culinary experts. The following items will be showcased to spark attendee taste buds:
Vegan Al Pastor Bite
Plant-based Al Pastor with a combination of Guajillo Chili, Chipotle, Pineapple, Bitter Blockers, Super Savor, Vegan Pork Sausage, and Pork Fat Flavors topped with a Vegan Avocado Cilantro Crema. This vegan crema features Bell’s Avocado Flavor, Crema Flavor, Bitterness Masking Technology and Flavor Enhancement Technology. The Avocado Flavor adds creamy, buttery, earthy notes of a ripe avocado while the Crema Flavor adds complex tangy dairy notes. Bell’s Bitterness masking technology smooths out the base and cover off notes from the plant-based protein while Bell’s Flavor Enhancement Technology boosts the entire profile for a brighter flavor experience.
Oat Milk Horchata Iced Coffee + Vegan Whipped Topping
A comforting iced coffee mixed with a vegan coffee creamer made with Oat Milk and MCT oil featuring Bell’s Milk and Masking flavor for clean creamy dairy notes and Bell’s Horchata and Cafe de Olla flavors for a spiced, warmed, buttery flavor and aroma with a hint of dark coffee. The coconut based whipped topping that utilizes Bell’s Coconut Mask to cover off coconut flavor and enhance the milky/fatty components. Bell’s Vanilla and Milk flavors provide a sweet aroma and rounded out dairy-like finish.
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
This edible cookie dough is vegan and great to eat right out of the mixer or baked into a cookie. Bell’s Vanilla, Brown Butter and Protein Masking Flavors turn this cookie dough into a healthy treat you feel good about eating, never knowing there were chickpeas in it!
