In 2015, Bell Flavors & Fragrances launched a trend program called “Spark” which highlighted flavor and fragrance trend inspirations. Bell’s trend program has evolved over the years to become a dynamic program that analyzes different data points and generates trend insight for flavor and fragrance predictions and concepts.

Using a unique process, Bell has uncovered new “Sparks” for 2016 that will provide insight for flavors and fragrances to translate into winning concepts in addition to a Look Back section to access if the trends from last year live up to their hype.
