Bell Flavors & Fragrances is proud to have hosted Congressman Brad Schneider at the Bell headquarters location in Northbrook, Illinois. He visited the Bell facility on April 3rd and was given a tour of the grounds by President and CEO of Bell, James Heinz. During his tour, he talked to Bell’s R&D group for both flavors and fragrances and saw Bell’s new culinary center.
Congressman Brad Schneider currently presides in the United States House of Representatives serving the 10th District, which is where Bell’s headquarters are located. He currently serves on the House Committee on the Judiciary, the House Committee on Small Business, and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. According to his website, Congressman Brad Schneider knows that the strength in communities is great when small businesses can invest and grow.
Before he was elected into Congress, he spent over 20 years working in business and management consulting. During that time, he helped family-owned businesses tackle economic challenges and helped plan for long-term goals. One of his focuses for this district is to expand job opportunities by growing manufacturing jobs, rebuilding the infrastructure, and educating the workers of tomorrow to succeed in our ever-changing economy.
