Bell Flavors & Fragrances Speaks Up on Solubility at Flavorcon

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is pleased to be a speaker at this year’s Flavorcon on November 13-15 at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Flavorcon is a 3-day conference that features technical insights, trends, and networking among professionals in the flavor industry. Cindy Cosmos, Principal Flavorist at Bell, will be speaking on the topic of solubility. Her presentation, “Solubility & Flavor Performance,” will cover the multiple functionality of solubility and the impact it plays on the performance of a flavor in a final product.

“Bell Flavors strives to provide current and proactive solutions to their customers, and Flavorcon is an event that allows Bell this technical opportunity to highlight some creative capabilities,” Cosmos states. Cindy will be providing technical direction for developing stable flavors where all internal ingredients are soluble; testing and correcting supersaturated solutions; preparing flavors for a variety of weather conditions when shipping to customers; and making sure flavors will perform in the application environment that fits a customer’s product.
