Bell Flavors & Fragrances is excited to announce the recent hire of Maureen West, Human Resources Director and William Ziehm, C.P.M., Director of Global Supply Chain-Demand Planning at their headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
Maureen brings to Bell over 29 years of HR experience in corporate and family owned business environments. Her extensive experience came from W.W. Grainger where she spent 10 years working as HR Manager/HR Business Partner with different functional departments. Most recently, Maureen was HR Manager for MBX Systems in Libertyville (a family owned business) where she led the HR Department. Maureen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from John Caroll University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University.
Bill joins Bell with an extensive career working across all procurement functions in Fortune 100, private and international corporate leaders. He brings a unique experience and knowledge having held key management positions with major companies including most recently Grecian Delight Foods where he led the supply chain team through cost saving opportunities, inventory reductions and improvements of finished good fill rates. Bill has provided and implemented supply strategies on major ingredient categories: meat, flour, oils, beans, spices and seasoning to create a competitive advantage. Bill also has had significant Supply Chain leadership roles with Barilla America, Inc., Chef Solutions, Solo Cup Company, Colgate-Hills Pet Nutrition, Sorrento Cheese and The Quaker Oats Company.
