Bell Flavors and Fragrances is proud to announce the hire of Delphine Perdon Rupnow at Bell’s Headquarters in Northbrook, IL and Sandra Aparicio at Bell LATAM in Colombia.
Delphine Perdon Rupnow joined the analytical service department as a senior analytical chemist. Hailing from Bell’s manufacturing plant in Singapore, where she last held the position of GC-MS Perfumer/QC Manager, for the past 8 years, and having worked at both Takasago and Colgate-Palmolive, DelphIne’s experience will be very helpful to the department. She has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Versailles, and a Master’s Degree in Physics and Chemistry from the University of Montpellier II, where her area of research was flavors and fragrances. Delphine’s abilities will help support and enhance Bell’s analytical service department.
Sandra Aparicio was recently appointed to the position of marketing manager for Bell LATAM in Colombia. She has 20 years of experience in the flavor and food industry. Sandra began her career working in Research and Development at Levapan. Having enough technical skills, she moved on to work as a Technical Commercial Support Personnel at McCain Foods, and eventually entered Firmenich in Colombia. She worked in Firmenich for 18 years in many roles such as Sensory Evaluation Manager Colombia, Savory Category Manager LATAM, Savory Marketing Manager ANCAM/Mexico, and Business Development Manager, Savory, LATAM, gaining a wealth of experience. She then went on to work as a Marketing Manager at Disaromas and Rich’s Colombia. With her technical knowledge, immense experience, and marketing skills, Sandra will definitely be a great addition to Bell LATAM team in Colombia.
